Adding your listings to this blog section can be a great way to generate exposure for your clients and increase the chances of getting their home sold. Also, having an available inventory to showcase here can generate a lot of interest from both buyers and sellers, both of whom will see you as a realtor who can service their needs in today's market.

Adding a listing is quite easy. Here are the basics:

Login to your free Nanaimo Information blog. You must have an account in order to add listings – if you don't have one, click here.

Once you're logged in, you'll see a light blue bar at the top of your blog, with a tab called "Listings". Mouse over that tab to see the drop-down menu, and select the "Add Listing" option.

It should be pretty simple from there. You're presented with a screen / form to enter as much information as you would like about your property, in a simple and intuitive way. There are some cool advanced features which will be discussed later, but first, just do the basics: fill in the form, upload as many photos as you like, select the property features and click "Add listing" at the bottom.
