Nanaimo CityMap
The City of Nanaimo has built a pretty cool digital map that lets you view all kinds of local information, like street addresses, school catchment areas, city parking lots, building permits, zoning, parks, and most especially, virtual heritage tours with 360° interactive views. (There's a claim that you can find trails using CityMap, but a lot of that data is inaccurate.)

A tip for exploring the Heritage Tours: As I was checking out the 360° views of sites, I started to get bored with sitting and watching the view rotate, especially since a lot of the viewpoints are mostly uninteresting. If you want to take control of the viewing angle, just click on the cross-shaped button (beside the "+" and "-" buttons) at the bottom of the popup window that comes up. This speeds things up quite a bit!
