The College Area
Not to be confused with College Heights, the "college area" usually just refers to the western parts of Harewood and Wakesiah Avenue. Malaspina University-College is sprawled across a hillside right above one end of Wakesiah, overlooking Harewood. This area is quiet if you're not on Wakesiah or Fifth, and Harewood Mall is nearby.
Homes in the college area mostly come from every era: There are old character homes, many of them wonderfully maintained; there are also newer homes, and everything in between.
Along bus routes? Yes.
Bad part of town? Could be a little better.
