Nice reading about your Harewood Days. I had forgotten about the old gas station at 5th & Bruce, and yes the pop in the cold water. If you are a Duke Streeter, then you will have known Jerry and Sandy Ockey, and their kids Rachelle, Jerod and Todd. (My dad later married Jerry's mom) Wasn't there an auxiliary cop, I can't recall his name, that lived on Duke street and someone threw a Molatov Cocktail through his front window. Like you, I went to Barsby in the late 60s. and grad from NDSS in 1975 (I dropped out for two years)
