Hi Grommet, I'm Laurie (UstoNanaimo) and I wrote you a while ago. You were kind enough to reply. In my message, I said I thought we might have similar views re. urban sprawl, etc. and asked where you thought Nanaimo is headed in that respect ... but I'm afraid I may have gotten your posts mixed up with someone else's so my message must have seemed strange. Sorry about that. In any case, I wanted to get back to you (I got behind in checking messages) and thank you for your reply. My husband and I have finally moved here, at least for the winter, and we really like it. Now we just have to find work in our fields so we can justify staying. :-)

Grommet ~ I treated my sister and mother to pain au chocolat yesterday. Both fell to the ground and rolled around groaning. Think when Harry met Sally. I believe that's a good sign. Go early because they are still fine tuning supply versus demand and sometimes they run out. Enjoy!
