I edited my post from November 29 which explained in full detail how to find this mine. I was a little paranoid a pile of people would show up there. I like the post because you can see the string of events from the time I was out looking for a mine shaft right throught to present. I realize it would still be dificult for people to find it anyway. Not too many around like this one, I'm sure.

Will take you there one weekend if you want. Thanks Gerry.

I found a boletus 'shroom yesterday it is over 6" wide and has a pale buff cap with yellow tubules, the spore print is a medium brown and it doesn't appear to stain blue or red when bruised or cut. The stem is thick and covered with a net like covering.
It seems the wrong time of year for a king boletus, but I can't figure out what else it could be. Any experts out there?
It was closest to a plank surrounding a garden plot , but the nears tree is an Arbutus.

I want to thank you for making this forum happen.today i welcomed into my home Calender , who is from Stuutgart Germany. She is a playright and radio broadcaster who has been promting my music in Germany because of this forum.
She brought with her a man from Seattle who is a paraplegic as a result of a diving accident in 1973.I had to modify my garage in a hurry! I am humbled by his courage. my small problems grow smaller by the minute because of this gift from a stranger.

We have reached across thousands of miles with this forum. You and Morgan should be proud to know that the world can be within a mouse click away from us.
    Thanks
    Cath

    Greetings RiverRat,

Is it possible to upload images to the forum, rather than having to provide a URL link to an image which means I first must FTP the image to an online location?

    Thanks!
    Droflas

You can PM me if it's easier

I was wondering if you had any ideas on how to group all the DNP threads together. There appears to be a few of them, all talking about the same thing.

    Thanks
