I have no problem with the concept of building high rises.
I do not like the idea of accommodation of any style taking preference over the general public's uses of the waterfront. This is just one of the areas that the City of Nanaimo has no foresite. A City needs to be livable & we need quality of life rather than quantity of life.
Adding these dreams to Sandstone & Cable Bay one has to wonder if we, the human race, can re produce fast enough to fill the spaces.
