The facts were not in dispute: the Maybin brothers attacked Brophy after he disrupted their pool game by moving one or two of the balls on the table.
He fell unconscious onto the table and the bar's doorman Gains came over.
"Who started it?" he asked.
A bar patron pointed in the direction of the pool table and Gains immediately punched the unconscious Brophy in the head.

That is sick, the guy was unconscious and as a person ( Gains) punched him in the head while unconscious. What was his job role, let alone acting as a human being?? Assault without a doubt in mind.
