Ok, here's some of me since I'm new to this place. The first is a picture of me playing at the Tom Lee Music Hall in Vancouver when I opened for Johnny Truant... the second is a trip to Victoria, we[girlfriend and I] got all dressed up stupid and had photos taken. I'm not really photogenic... and looking back, I am glad I've lost all that chubb in my face!

Hey, that themed pic is a cool heirloom to have! I wonder if anyone in Nanaimo does that kind of photography? It'd be great to have a bunch of period photos of oneself, and also the family all together. Thirteenth century serfs, Ciceronian Romans, Depression Okies, and of course, Neanderthals (make-upped and brutalizing the family dog).

At the least, there should be a shop, or even just a kiosk at a festival, where people can get old-Nanaimo vintage shots taken.

Oh, you just gave me a great idea ! How about Nanaimo coal miner photos? I'd love to do that! I could totally set up at local festivals!
