New Backroads Mapbook!

There is a new Backroads Mapbook for the island! It has full color pics (big deal)...

But, it is RING bound, so the pages dont fall out, and, it has TOPO maps and countour shading for the maps themselves! I picked my copy up at the map store downtown - $25 after taxes. Should start appearing in most stores soon. If you do pretty much anything outdoorsy on the island, this is a book to have.

Thats sound pretty comprehensive for a 25 dollar book. I've been wanting to pick up some good local hiking trail books. I'll be sure to check it out.
