What a beautiful spot! We were there early Dec on a sunny day a few years ago. Cougar tracks on the beach, surf rolling in, sunny and warm. Even a rainbow of sorts in the mist.

Default i live in a trailer

well considering the fact that most of the year i live in a trailer wiht my huby and 2 kids . I whant to go camping in a tent lol i prefer to get back to nature so to speak with out t.v or dvd players lol its campfire songs and smores for this looney bunch and we will not go camping if we cant have a fire thats just not camping to us . and paying to camp really steams me up hehehe the idea that we have to pay for a site is ridiculous it can almost be as expensive as a hotel .. it kind of reminds me that taking a bus these days is almost as expensive as a cab hehehehe

Hot diggety 4by -- now you've got ME jumpin' too!
Last February I slept easily on Westwood Ridge in minus zero temperatures. But then, I was between a couple of big dudes. What an awesome morning we had up there, in the early light, with Nanaimo laid out crystal clear below us!
    Makin' coffee........good times.
