Responsible young couple looking for place Aug 1st

We are a young couple, 19-years-olds, looking for an partment, basement suite or condo (or anything you think might suit studentlife) close to Malaspina University-College. We're open to room mates . We are kind, quite and very responsible. We don't have any pets, but love animals. We will both be attending Malaspina in the fall, Graphic Art for me (Shayna), General Studies for Jason. We're looking for something in a student price range, preferably $300 - $600 including utilities and internet access. We'd be looking to move in at the beginning or middle of August.
