Looking for a place to rent..

Well where to begin I am a single mom of a 10 year old girl I work full time and she is in school , we have a cat and a small dog (pom x) we are looking to share our rental with someone we are located in the college area. I have a 4 bed room 2 bath room ,2 living rooms with fire places huge fully fenced back yard garage, washer and dryer BIG place Iam hoping to rent out the bottom of the home for $600.00 includes rent/hydo/gas/cable and phone. iam sorry it is shared kitchen and master bath there is a 1/2 bath down stairs no tub or shower ..
