Nanaimo Election Results, 2005

Well, is anybody surprised? Nanaimo's constituency demonstrated a dearth of imagination, yet again. We seem to have voted all of the same people back into office.

I guess everyone was worried that new faces would cease work on the big projects, like downtown? Not an entirely invalid concern, but it sure would've been nice to change things up, even a little bit. I've found there's a big lack of VISION in Nanaimo's administration. Not to mention at least one of the people voted in has been called down for conflict of interest...
