If you're coming down Albert (from 4th Str.) and stop at the four way intersection at Albert and Milton, look up at the second floor of the Superette grocery store (also a Negrin family operation, I believe) There you'll see the ever vigilant Pirate keeping an eye on the goings on....Aaargh!

Found this on the Canada.com web site. It was story that ran in the Vancouver Sun earlier this year.

It implies the law suit, like others around the province are being used as tools to stifle freedom of speach. They call them SLAPP suits.
