I guess they have finally finished with thier improvements to the harbourfront plaza. I don't know why the mayor and city council doesn't fire these people for gross incompetance because i would in a heartbeat but i can't say why just yet because they might do something about it and i want them to fall on thier faces.
If anyone is bored why don't you send parks and open spaces planner Kirsty macdonald an e-mail and ask her just what exactly is that red box that sits in the courtyard for no apparent reason because everytime i see the red box it reminds me of the old movies where old italian men had thier pet monkeys dancing around for pennies
Maybe there is an old antique organ grinder in there? If so i guess the Plaza is doing what it should.Pet monkeys are exotic animals and would not be allowed to dance according almost all city ordinances.

i asked a libary worker about the red box and according to him it is used by the city to store things needed for events in the square,eg. chairs and stuff.....

not to make fun of what you're saying or what he said but how many chairs do you really think can fit in the red box, wouldn't it make more sense to put these chairs in the library or the theater.
I once asked a security gaurd what he thought of the improvemnets to the harbourfront plaza sign and he said, there use to be benches down at the far end of the plaza where people would sit and have lunch but the city took them away so they could put up a display and after they took down the display they never put the benches back, then he laughed and said i guess they didn't want people to use the plaza

    Default Diana Krall Junior High

You're all wrong. She went to John Barsby, and the band teacher was Mr. Lowry.. I know, I was in her band class. Drummer was Brad Hehr. Tom Gogo. After the band played, she'd come out and solo on the Piano, but never sang.
