Busking in Nanaimo

Piper you dont have that option on Port Property as told to us by Mike davidson . he said very clearly that i am not allowed to play on Port Proerty even if I am not busking.

In 2004 I did just that and was accosted by six Port Authority personel. They threatened me for playing PUFF THE MAGIC DRAGON to a group of little kids.

Be careful . They can charge you under the CAnada Marine Act as a public nuisance if they so choose. i still have the letter from Mike Davidson to Jeff Lott chief of police to prove it.

It's to bad you can't call people names on this forum I have lots for Mike. I don't think blaming the port athority would be the thing to do for the mistakes by Davidson. He needs to grow up and quit hiding behind his money or his position. Not to worry his day will come. (Soon)

Thanks smokey for pointing that out but I'm sure both parties that issued those cheques are behind me 100% They supported us in Comox while we lived there and they still do.

Piper in all due respect they may not have thought about the consequences of having information posted with account numbers and such on the internet. It isnt an issue of support as it is about safety for any associated accounts. Im sure they are behind you. maybe just rescan with account numbers white outed!! (Just because you are behind them too.) Im behind you however I wouldnt want my personal account numbers on here.
