The articles being removed belonged to Koreys deceased father. I could bet there was some emotion involved. If you read prior posts you will understand the "kick". Korey will defend his mother and try to save the materials by which his livlihood depends. I will look into the propane torch allegation. Also interesting is the fact that this statement was made because there was no report to draw on to label Korey violent so they had to use this statement instead. There were no charges laid, why? I believe it was because the truth about what was done to provoke Korey into that kick was not something anyone might want on record. It was a one sided argument used with statements from annonmous sources and the press to jail Korey legally during the clean up. To be fair all the hype that was brought forward alleged stories of bombs and stolen vehichals, because some of the car parts on the property were so valuable and rare that there was some question as to the means by which Korey aquired them. No such allegations were founded, there were no bombs, no weapons and no stolen cars or parts. With the stories of a at best three parties, two being annonomous they were, after several attempts at last able to not only remove Korey from the property, but jail him without charges. In a way Korey's mother will pay for this investigation of her son's activities. Much time was taken investigating serial numbers.
I am not berating the police, they were drawing on the information they were given and were doing their jobs accordingly.
I think much of the story happened because of the unknowen, and misunderstanding of the life style of this familly.

Well this is hard for me as I was not sure to post on this thread or start another, Since it is indirectly part of this thread I will carry on. Someone called me today indicating that there was someone preparing a warrant for my arrest, that person who called me got off the phone and went and told someone else, that someone else emailed someone else and it goes on and on and is now available on the internet as a Total Rumour that is spreading like wildfire and it is all total B.S. One of the most honest and helpful persons around would be me. I have no criminal record, I have had only 2 speeding tickets in 25 years of driving and I have been accident free for 34 years of driving. And I help people when and if I can. I want to make it quite clear before the rumour gets back to this thread and it will that there is no warrant out for my arrest and there won't be a warrant out for my arrest in the future as I have no intentions of breaking the law.
I am totally P,D off that such garbarge could be spread around by people who you thought were your friend. I will and allways have spoke out on many issues and I am not scared to confront anyone who tells stories about me or my family that are not true.
I just had to get this out of my system and the best way to do it is to write it down.
I have contacted Nanaimo RCMP and put a report in about these rumours and I will continue to work on the side of the law if I here anymore. I bet everyone is wandering who is doing this, PM me and I will give you the details.

I know how to fire back, I'm getting good at it. I have plans for my future and even at my age I have goals that I have set for myself and I plan to follow through with them.
Anything that may jeopardize my plans for the future I will question.
It is not my intention to offend anyone but with rumours going around sometimes they escalate into bigger rumours.

I can realize needing to get this out of your system, but I sure wouldn't worry about it. Arrested is different than charged, and charged is different than convicted. Heck, I've been arrested twice and threatened with charges that were never laid. Considering the cause I was fighting for, I would have welcomed charges. Lots of publicity.

Some pretty outstanding people have gone through the process: Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King Jr., Mahatma Gandhi.

Someone's trying to get you to rise to the bait they've cast out. Don't rise to it. Go get a T-shirt made--"PIPER = STILL FREE" That should fix it.
