If all of this ends up in court, could the City's lawyers show and use your YouTube material?

Thats a good question but I'm not sure of the answer. I really don't think the city would need to use my videos if they are correct in the way they handled the Korlek case.

Without a doubt they will be following your videos; so do govern yourself accordingly. Don't give any amo that their lawyer can use against you. Be very careful on how you present and word yourself on the videos.

No worries All Ages, I will give them lots to look at and boost my ratings my lawyer just happens to be an expert on free speech and is or has just dealt with such a case on the internet dealing with something similiar I will try to find the case for you and the end result. thanks for being concerned.
