His mother's yard needed some work but that is not a criminal offence. Korey has already spent time in jail and has not been convicted of anything.

Korey is amazing at comprehending things. He just doesnt know how to communicate them at all times.
I personally would trust Korey with my life. There is not one lie in anything that he says to council or at council. I have seen the court transcripts with my own eyes, blind as I am I can read.

There is an eerie similarity between the Nuisance property case and the "Injunction that deals with the busking Bylaw".

A note from Korey regarding the trial being delayed. He says the room was full of witnesses today, and he does not believe there was a shortage of judges as Mr. Halfyard said. He believes that the court did not want to procede with all the witnesses and figures they will try him tomorow because he believes today's witnesses will not be there. No one knows the pattern repeats itself.

korey had a hard time getting access to his transcripts before the hearing. I am not sure why the three people that he spoke to did not inform him or us that he was not going forward. The City lawyer certainly was unformed as he didnt show up.

Truthfully , I dont think it was the fault of the court that he did not proceed tday. Interesting that bylaws were informed and Korey and James were not.

I am glad for the delay as we discovered some other stuff that we had missed in the transcripts that Korey had paid seven hundred dollars to get.
Justice is not cheap.

Yes piper I do feel better with you on the case. How long did he hold his world up for his Mom and brother and himself all alone? Can't wait to hear about it tomorow, but a few witnesses will help and the laugh at what you just said. A laugh is worth a whole pile of anything else.

Its grand you found out more, especially at that price. He says it was not a full page on the board, the list was cut with only his name on the wall, and that is what tipped him off. Does seem a bit strange dosn't it and the full docket did not have his name on it. In the trial co ordinaters office the full list was posted including his name. what, asks Korey were they up to?

Kickidee this may be only the start of this BS against Korey, Depending on tommorows outcome I may with the help of Queen of the waterfront decide to challenge the $30,000bill on the property. I know a good lawyer who will gladly help.

Korey, all of my neighbours know him, kinda of legend here in this part of town. I am still new to this area... i would want to hear stories from both sides though.

I love Korey. His life reads like a movie.The stories he tells are all corroborated by pictures documents and witnesses.

Yes he does embroider them but so does everyone who talks about the big fish that got away.

The other side is something wed all like to corner. Right now it is just the legal side to talk to, but there are stories and there is collaberative evidence. I have heard witnesses in the area speak, all but the complaintant. too bad he wants to hide. I"d love to see him under cross examination.
The aspect Korey has been working on lately is the mentally challenged part or some kind of diagnosis made without the benifit of any proffessional, so if police shoot him he has a "history." There is a great deal of mystery there.
I hope we can get him a good lawyer, and It wold be so nice to see his bill drop by 30 000. I know tax payers will have to foot the bill but you should stop by and just look at the papers he has one day bamboo, and listen to the stories.
