So I went out yesterday. The snow did not come up to the top of my shoe soles. I looked out today. Lots of very cold looking frost. Oh how oh how do we survive it all? where is that 5 to ten they promised us! We can come out from under the bed now if only for the morning.

    Default Snow removal possibilities

Received these today as part of a powerpoint presentation of historic pictures of Montreal. These show some of the methods used back in the 1920's. Horses were used in smaller communities on the Island 'till 1948. Maybe the Amazing City of Nanaimo could bid on some of this "slightly used" equipment. LOL
