Thank you so much. I will avoid this place now and hopefully not get eaten by the bear!! Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps, cute little tune, hey Dorris Day! I haven't heard a tune of hers in a long time. Wonder where she is today, anyone?

I heard about Doris a special poem.
Oh I want to play piano just like that! If only I paid attention as a kid with two musician parents. My one regret in life! ah well I am a great appreciator!

And warning to male readers--you may not be too interested in this. Handed down to me by the great-grandmother of my native husband. Do not go into the bush while menstruating, doesn't matter which type of protection you're using. It's like a welcome sign to bears. Make lots of noise--most bears will move out of your area. In rattlesnake country (I love the Island, no rattlesnakes, no skunks) stomp on the ground frequently. They will feel the vibration and get out of your way. It's said that polar bears are the only ones who will deliberately track down humans as prey. Personally, I'd like to know how they discovered that. You'd think there are darned few survivors.
