That's a good point to go at the right time of day. At times I get it right, but have often messed up with it too. It is helpful to know when their lull times are. I need to become better versed on places lull times. I do like evening shopping. Crowds aren't as bad. Dinner hour between 5-6 sucks for shopping. Everyone is getting things on the way home from work.
