There are many things at the City that should be investigated and if you are truly concerned, I suggest that you investigate. John Ruttan might be a good place to start, by asking questions of him.

I think you will find him approachable, and a good businessman. If you think Jerry's settlement was unneccessary, you should look into the other senior management contracts. I believe it can all be obtained through the Freedom of Information... But, don't just support Jerry, or complain about his compensation, without investigating what others may have, or have, received.
