    there isn't any good chinese restaurants, all garbage buffet.....we have a lot those down south, perfect for welfare day.

    I do realize where it is coming from. Still his chronic negativity is something this forum can sure do without.

    We ate from Shanghai yesterday and it was definitely JUST okay. It was me, my husband and father in law and all of us felt the same. The Won Ton soup was quite bland, the chow mein was alright, the sweet + sour chicken balls sauce came on the side and the balls were sub-par. The best part was the Almond Chicken Gai Ding, pretty good. For those dishes it was $48 which felt a little much for the quality.

    Overall not sure id go back although most chinese food tends to be greasy & heavy so im not sure what i was expecting.
