A lady whose name is pronounced "Airzha", who, while I was ordering flowers for friends just before Christmas, when she discovered I was also in the store to buy bulk candy for the "seniors living alone" Christmas goodie bags, chipped in a big bag of candies herself, out of her own pocket. Always friendly, smiling service, too.
