Location of Girl Murdered and incinerated 80's?

As far as I know, Kevin is still in jail and I believe the location of the murder was close to the general area of Twiggly Wiggly or more east towards Mill Road between Westwood Lake and Jingle Pot Road. It was not on the north side of Jingle Pot Road because that part was not closed to traffic during the investigation and the coroners visit to the area when he investigated the death of Lisa.

Spoke to a fella today who used to live next to Kevin's father. He recalls the father talking about Kevin & his brother helping him do yard work. This was a few years ago. Makes me think he is out. The fella I spoke to thinks he lives with his father now.

If you google "Kevin James Arkell" it would appear that he was still in jail as of Jan. 2009. It sounds like he has taken no responsibility for his actions. If that is the case then he would not be eligible for parole. I believe the sentence he got was "life with no possibility of parole for 25 years" If he was convicted in 1984 then his 25 was up last year. The question would be has he been "rehabilitated?"

Checked out the article. I guess if that person is correct, he is still in jail. Not as if I think he should be out!! Leave him in there forever as far as I am concerned!! Any way, who knows. That article is from one person, is she correct, who knows?:confused

Who remembers that girl who was killed in the eighties and the guy cut her up and burned her remains. I've looked around for information on this murder to no avail. I was pretty young, but I remember finding out about it back then. I grew up in the westwood lake area and I had some belief that this took place in the area I lived. If anyone remembers part of the story would be interesting to hear. I'd really like to find out where this happened in town.

Hope you are not saying the entire Arkell family had anything to do with this. As far as i know, it was just the actions of Kevin Arkell who caused this horror.
