Run away as fast as you can. The owners are lawyers and I haven't heard a single person that got back their damage deposit from them.

I lived there a few years ago and was promised the deposit back and the manager commented he had never seen a place so clean. The oven was as clean as new. Two days later they gave me papers that if I wanted to pursue my deposit, I had to go through court. An older retired couple who left their place spotless also did not get their deposit back after hiring a maid service TWICE to clean the place.

They also own the places on Graham Cresent and Blue Water Towers on Mount Benson Street.

Thanks I am just looking at places on the internet as we are still in PEI an hope to be out there at the end of summer....I think our biggest problem is we have 2 Declawed House Cats......

Hard to understand how they can get away with that! If one leaves it in good/clean condition along with the normal wear I would have taken it to court or the appropriate steps! Sounds like they are getting away with ripping off the security deposits?

Do these guys also Own Nightingale crescent it seems that their ads always come up together on Kijiji and Craigslist?

Really nice complex. I found it very clean and extremely well maintained!!! It was very peaceful and beautifully landscaped! I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the Nanaimo area.

Ryan8 I think you may have missed the point. When you go to move out *don't count on getting all you security deposit back because it just does not happen. You can leave it spotless but they will bs you and keep some or all of your security deposit.* Too bad they don't get challenged on this. The rich get richer because of these kind of unethical tactics.
