    Welcome, sundot!
I think yogi mentioned that he'll not disclose the location of the cabin. It's one of those things you have to find yourself.

Ahh, okay. Thats understandable. It looks gorgeous. I have no idea what park or forest it would be in so it would be hard to find.

I was hiking the Extension Ridge Trail today as a lot of people were. I hiked the trail to the top of the ridge, starting out in Harewood and then slid down the bank about an hour into the hike and doubled back along the base of the cliff. It was a cold and frosty January hike on a clear, sunny day like today. I saw plenty of icicles on my way back and grabbed some photos. The longest ones pictured here were about 7 to 8 feet in length.

I took a handful of photos like this one in the forest beside Beban Park earlier this month. I wanted to capture the foggy atmosphere as the snow was melting. The photos all look the same but this is a good one to post in this thread.

This is McNeil Creek in Nanaimo. You can find the spot close to the East Wellington - Jingle Pot intersection as you approach Shady Mile. Don't blink or you'll miss it!

Oh nice! Lately, I've had a real hankerin' for just following a creek upstream, and seeing what I find. Every time I've done that in my life, I've found cool stuff, or spots.

Me too. And now is a perfect time, still an adequate flow of water before the summer weather is upon us.

    Hey all
That Cabin unfortunately has been dismantled.
Timberwest threatened to burn it down...
Apparently the builders are re-locating it off of timberwest property. Yogi did you manage to take any pictures of the inside or the waterfall?
