If you are a senior (over 55) and like to play an instrument or sing, there is a place for you in the Paradise Isle Singalong Gang. You do not need to be good, but you need to enjoy singing/playing with others, and tolerate other people's mistakes. Musical choice is "eclectic" and ranges from old standards like You Are My Sunshine to Bless This House.

We usually meet on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. at Paradise Isle Seniors Society - 201 Albert St., Nanaimo, but always check to make sure we will be there since sometimes we are busy singing elsewhere.

We usually play/sing out a couple of times a month for various seniors' residences.
