Thanks, riverrat. I guess the thread is turning into more of a scrap book than anything (which I have always enjoyed as a hobby). If I can't post old newspaper clippings and photos belonging to another party, I might as well post my own. Now that I have a decent camera that I carry around with me most places that I go, I find that it takes little or no time at all to stop and take pictures. If I keep everything to myself, what will happen to these collections? My kids or grandkids may take no interest at all and eveything might end up in the trash! At least this way my contributions may be useful to future generations. Only time will tell

Weird, pics aren't working for me.

This thread makes me sad. My wife and I stayed here several times from 99-2003 or so, including 2000 on our honeymoon. Was a beautiful place to stay.

I think it's because the person who posted the pics removed them. But we stayed there too. I have good memories of that place.

What I mean is that this thread appears to be full of pics, but I can't see any of them.

I can track down some pics to post though, we took a lot of them!

Yes, the person who posted all the pics (GR74) removed them all. I am not sure why. No one can see them now.
