Property Management in Nanaimo?

Last I checked the property management department at my company was charging 10% of rent collected. They are pros and take care of the various phone calls and duties for you and you get a cheque every month so long as it is rented. Of course, you still get to make the big decisions regarding the property. I don't have any particular connection with them despite us all being under the Coast Realty banner (I am a sort of independant contractor and run my own business within the context of the company name) but I know them through company social events and have sent many of my clients there and not had bad feedback so far.

hey ryan, looks like you just help sell a house just around the corner from mine. it was listed for less than a week it seems. I have to say though, the owners did do quite a bit of curb appeal stuff to it.
