We have an apartment to rent. There are two bedrooms plus sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bathroom and utility room plus, secure underground parking communal pool and solarium.

The house that we recently purchased has a very nice 1 bedroom suite that overlooks Richard's Marsh (Cinnabar Valley). Any opinions as to whether we would be better to rent it out unfurnished on a monthly basis, or to furnish it ourselves and rent it out as a vacation rental?
