Rambling on from my other post under "Perks for Those Over Fifty": all three documents were done for me by Rick Evans, notary public, who will come to your home, get all the information, prepare the documents, and then return with an independent witness so you can sign the documents and have the whole thing done without even leaving home. Another factor: I probably paid a third of the price I'd have paid for three documents if I'd gone to a lawyer. Doesn't matter that he isn't a lawyer; the documents are absolutely correct and legally binding. I really recommend him if you haven't got around to taking care of these things.
