Gas wars but not in Nanaimo

We've been going back and forth to Victoria for the past month and I am mad at the gas prices there obviously led by Costco, and there are no low prices here. When Costco Nanaimo first built here the City Council voted down them having a gas bar, optical dept. and hearing dept. This was done for no other reason than for self interests of the council members who also owned gas stations, optical outlets etc. I hate feeling like we have no choice and would like council to know that they are supposed to be working in our interests and not their own.
Gas prices in Victoria as low as 102.9 as of yesterday check www.bcgasprices.com see if it makes you mad.

Wow, this is ridiculous!
106.9 in Vic right now, 120.9 in Nanaimo!
In fact, Victoria is the cheapest in BC right now!
