First of all before i show my displesure i would like to say i respect what they do, when they actually are "protecting and serving." Two years ago i was at a party, it was my birthday weekend.... and i got a six pack of beer, well the party got broke up by the cops, (which is fine), so everyone left, i still had two beers in my bacpack, i had drinking 2 and a half beers. and given away the other one.
I dont like getting drunk, like most kids my age, i was 15 at the time... i just drink a little so i become more social.. i was not drunk at all, but on the way out the cop stopped me and wanted to check my bag, i told him i had 2 beers. he made me dump out the beers and gave me a 230$ fine. so now i have to figure how to tell my dad, while my friends are boucing around laughing and having a great time.
Last night i was at a party, not drinking since i wanted to have a good sleep, in my own bed.....the police once again shut it down, whatever we were pretty loud and it was after midnight, so thats fine.....some of my friends were really drunk, they were two really drunk girls, they wanted to go home, and they asked me, so i said yeah, two other girls came with them.....so obviously i know im breaking the law both times, but come on, give me break......i rather take the risk of a fine, then one of them passing out in a ditch, or driving with someone who is drunk.....well what do you know, i hit a roadblock....thank you for being a good guy, but heres a 109$ fine....i was being respectful, i explained the situation, but all they have in mind is $....when did protect and serve turn into bully and rape, and serving unfair fines?
