I'm curious if the girls that this guy was driving-home have realized what a bad position they put him into? Have they expressed thanks to the guy for his efforts and have they paid him some cash for his fine ?
Or are they oblivious to the trouble that they caused him ?
These days I don't drink, but back in high school too many in Mission did.
I have a drive home drunk bargain story too. We all agreed ahead of time to split the cost of any fine with the driver (back then it was only a $400 or so fine).
I used to think I was a better drunk driver than my friends because I adapted more to my conditions.
But what the hell did I know, I was just a kid. Everyone thought they were special I thought.
Like my classmate who forgot Stave Lake Rd came to a T at the base of Mount Marian.

The kids got a point.
And of course the straight up is "you're under age and the new driver laws exist". But wake up people. This s#!t goes down, kids will push boundarys and in this situation someone was trying to do the right thing albeit in the wrong place. Kudos to dill for trying. Too bad your choices were the wrong ones. Lesson learned?
this thread is entertaining.
young grasshopper, you have much to learn.
It seems to me the magnetic field has returned to 'normal'.
Cheers;
Haha, I love this thread.
I like how he complained about the cops fining him for under age drinking and position of alcohol. What else would you expect? Those A-hole cops! How dare they eh? lol
It has been said better already but I think he was more upset that he got screwed by the cops instead of the passengers ha ha ha. Don't worry bud, Ive been there but with less people, no cops and old rules.
Cops these days happily show up for noise complaints.
