    The interesting things about mobile homes is that they really aren't mobile. Mine is a 1500 square foot unit that had to be hauled in on two trucks and set up. It is not going anywhere really easily and the expense to move it would be
    tremendous. Having said that I have my mortgage ( or whatever it is technically called) through Coast Capital and the rate is pretty good.
