Hello, Im going to be specific as we have specific needs......

My parents, my daughter and myself are moving from Ontario to Nanaimo in the next two months and are looking for TWO 2 bedroom apartments preferably in the same building but if that is not possible then we would prefer to be very close to one another.

I myself am a single 31yo mom to a two year old who will be attending VIU during the day, I lost my daughters father before she was born to cancer so we are on our own. I do not party, I do not drink, smoke, never have done drugs and I lead a very clean conservative lifestyle. I am mature and responsible and have stellar references and have been renting since I was 18. I am a low maintenance tenant as Ive been expressly told.

My parents are also looking for an apartment in the same building or a neighboring building as it will be more convenient for us as we are a very close knit family. They are both retired in their late 50's, they are extremely responsible conservative individuals, they do not smoke, drink or do drugs either and are very quiet people.

My father suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and has difficulty walking so we would prefer no stairs and little to no carpeting as he has a walker and would be difficult for him to get around. We would also prefer NO BASEMENTS or homes with separate walk out style living areas, we would like apartments only!
