I am searching for any documents that would show how the Nanaimo city fathers and the Regional District had closed down the racetrack at Beban Park (Grandview Bowl) and were supposed to help the racers set up a new racetrack at Cassidy in leu of the closer at Beban...appearently some documents do exist on this subject...Beban had stipulated that a raceway will always be on that property or if I was removed the land would go back to the family estate....the city of Nanaimo have only left a tiny chunk of this raceway at Beban to qualify it to keeping a hold on that property....any assistance with finding those documents would be gratefully appreciated.....thankin' u kindly.....stanley strazza....( cell # 250-667-8333 anytime) or e-mail me at (stanlanders4@yahoo.ca)
