Under the pearson bridge, following the millstone river, connecting with the ped bridge by the german cultural center and then connecting with Bowen park?

I'm envisioning something wider, concrete, landscaping, and lamposts, so anyone could make the trek from one to the next, which would probably spur development with some nice midsize condo's along Prideaux/Barsby/Mill st.

Could also be something toned down, like smaller gravel pathway, but I think you'd just end up with more homeless people hanging about than you would development.

I've always liked that area, and agree that it would be a good spot to develop. The area's up-and-coming, and it has so much potential, not only in terms of its downtown/waterside location but also because the Millstream cuts a really interesting path through there. There used to be a hydroelectric dam there a hundred years ago, and the sawmill operations downstream, old bottle factories -- an interesting place to poke around, but if you do that right now, you're going to find more condoms than old bottles. The area could certainly use some development.
