It may quite well be one of the ugliest buildings I have ever seen. I mean that is what happens when you keep putting off routine maintenance!!! It looks like the freaken ghetto, sorry to say. The owners should be so embarrassed.

If you think that is ugly, you need to get out more often. There is a lot worse out there.
