Lucky's resident Chef Tony Rondow will dazzle you with an intimate evening of cooking and drink pairings bringing you the flavours of the summer season.
Learn some tricks of the trade on how to prepare three tantalizing summertime entrée salads and enjoy them over summer wine and cocktail pairings that will compliment the flavours of each.

*Strawberry & Orange Salad with Seared Pork Loin, Jalapenos & Balsamic Vinaigrette. Served with a Vodka & Fresh Fruit Mojito.
*Shaved Zucchini & Parmesan Salad with Roasted Chicken & Pressed Roasted Garlic Dressing. Paired with Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc.
*Watermelon and Feta Salad with Flash Fire Minted Prawns. Finishing with a Blonde Sangria with Watermelon, Basil & Ginger.
