looking for a 1-2 bedroom place to rent for Oct 1st

my fiance and I are looking for a place for Oct 1st. preferably around $850. we are not picky how many bedrooms, we just want to find something affordable so we can start saving up to buy a house (this is more than likely a few years off). we both work full time in opposite side of the city so near a bus route would be fantastic (not necessary but fantastic.

i do have two kitties. they are both clean, small and fixed females. very well behaved and not allowed to go outside. I am more than willing to pay a pet deposit for my fur babies.

Why don't you contact with any local real estate agent there for that? They have a lot of different-different varieties.So,you could choose and picked up according to your choice and requirements.
