My fiancee, our 18 month old daughter, and two dogs are looking for a place to rent as of Oct. 1st. We are new to the area and don't know where to start or what neighborhoods would be good for our daughter. I have done some looking around but it is very hard to find a place that is not too expensive ($700- $1,100/month) and will take dogs.
