Living in a condo now, I have no place to do minor maintenance on my vehicles. Are there any places is town that rent out space by the hour to do minor maintenance work?

There use to be down around the wrecking yards, but it closed about 10 years ago or more. It was great too, it had a hoist and you could even rent a lot of tools as well.

If anyone knows of a place like that, I would be interested as well.
