The Mahle House is a fine country dining experience overlooking a garden, in an old restored 1903 house in Cedar, the rural community just south of Nanaimo (15 min by car).

The dining experience is exquisite, drawing from local food resources including the property's own garden. Their menu changes all the time! There's a good wine list, too.
