Nanaimo apartments can be found in almost any part of town, and you can certainly find a range of quality! There are modern places and slums, with some areas (like Nob Hill and Townsite) having striking examples of each. But this is not to say there aren't old character apartments in Nanaimo that are well taken care of. Downtown, you'll find all kinds of old homes that have been split into suites and are perfectly charming.
