Nanaimo Museums
The aboriginal and colonial history of this city is conspicuous in its buildings and people, and in its thousands of stories. Nanaimo's museums preserve many of these tales and glimpses of what happened here in the near and distant past. We have a great many artifacts and presentations, from Vancouver Island's last coal tipple, to original
petroglyphs and collections of vintage underwear.
