If you'd like to get involved in some local dialogue that is reasonably moderated (i.e., not Craigslist), check out our forums' most interesting topics here.

You can also promote your business on the forum, but only in the "Tell Us About Your Business" section.

Does it make sense for you to publish in our blogs? Only if one of the following applies:

• You publish frequent updates for your team/organization (etc.) and need a convenient public place to post them (like a Facebook page, but open to anyone)
• Your business has timely things to communicate to the public
• You want to publish your opinions or creativity, sort of like a newspaper column, specifically for Nanaimo
